No Power or Cadance data from KICKR

Looking for ideas. I connect but get no power or cadance data. I have a Wahoo KICKR W113 Version 5.0; firmware is up to date; use Wahoo Direct Connect to router; an Apple device (box) for TV connected to the same router; and, the Zwift app. This setup is unchanged for many many months and thousands of miles. The Zwift app shows the direct connect icon, the power (or cadance) box turns blue showing a connection but no data while spining the pedals/KICKR. Same problem with using my Apple smartphone to Wahoo app. Get connected but no power or cadance data when I record an event using the Wahoo app. Wahoo support is offering only simple things I have tried. So, any ideas?
