Hi there, I’ve placed an order in the EU on Monday (January 6th) which has not yet been fulfilled. The support pages state that orders placed in the morning are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day.
Yesterday, I’ve raised a support ticket but there hasn’t been any reaction yet. Could somebody from the support team please check the status of my order and when I can expect it?
Edit: I have received an e-mail (on January 10th) stating that they’re experiencing delays in deliveries and that I can expect the order to be shipped within a week, latest by January 17th).
