yes, if i click leave event during cooldown, i wont get a jersey. If i click menu first, i can already see a new jersey in my garage.
i suspect that is an oversight with the way the cooldown runs as it is technically just an extension of an event.
maybe @shooj can raise internally for somebody to look at

That does sound weird if it was designed to work like that - the cooldown should be optional, and shouldn’t influence whether you get a jersey or not.
as i said, during cooldown clicking MENU and STOP will give me a jersey, clicking LEAVE EVENT will not.
Happend already to me and my girlfriend on two different iPads.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Unlike the other Zwifters helping you, I can see your server logs and see why you’re not getting unlocks: it’s simultaneous logins to the same account from more than one device.
I see logins from both an iPad 16 and an M2 Mac mini. When you have two sessions open at the same time, it creates all sorts of problems that are easily avoided. Please uninstall the main Zwift app from whichever is not your main Zwifting device, and you’ll never have this problem again.
If you are missing specific unlocks - you can contact my Support Team colleagues offline and share the details with them.

Hm, pretty sure i am not using both devices at the same time but maybe it happend not on purpose. I will uninstall the app on my Mac mini.

Its likely that you didn’t log out fully on the iPad and Zwift is just running in the background.
I uninstalled the Mac App. Should be good now. Thanks all!
