No graphics on screen, but ride info (cadence, power etc & leaderboards) are displayed

Hi,

When logged in, all data appears, but no graphics.

 

I have checked for an update on graphics driver and it is up to date. Running lowest resolution on game.

 

Any advice please?

Hi Stuart,

Please submit a support ticket. This looks like, despite being “updated,” the driver may be proprietary and not actually up-to-date.
