DNF in Loop de Loop, Pinarello stage race 4, the finish line never showed up!
I’ve lost confidence in racing on Zwift so many times, and now leading and completing a race and getting a DNF?!?!
No finish line at 25 km, as expected, new blue finish count down bar, ending downtown, but again, no finish after 29 km, and then a DNF in Companion App. At least Training Peaks got it right.
Cant wait to go to Indivelo, after my subscription ends…
It’s crap! I’m not able to update on Apple TV or Ipad, so much for “fixing stability issues”…
For the last two years I’ve been met by the message “Your last session was not saved, would you like to save it?”, an inconvenient nuisance. And I am frequently deleting the app and reinstalling it, its a mess
sounds odd i would maybe try a full reset on the ATV
i let mine auto update and luckily not experienced issues.
As to why they kept this route on the schedule this week that’s a bit stupid

Sounds like you should be talking to support if you can’t install updates or save activities.
Also you have to be 100% certain that you did not leave the Zwift app running on both of your devices since that will cause all kinds of other problems, though failure to update isn’t one of them.

I’ve contacted Zwift support several times, standard answer is: try and reinstallapp and contact Zwift Forums for further information… Sometimes you wonder what the increased subscription fee is used for…
while annoying it’s probably near impossible for them to troubleshoot as it’s the apple mechanism that runs the update and with thousands of users using ATV It is more than likely and issue at your end which is why i suggested if you have tried everything else a complete reset of the ATV might be a good idea.
Also have you contacted apple to see if they can assist to troubleshoot why your app is not updating?

I agree with Gordon that doing a factory reset of the ATV is the best thing to try now. Also make sure the devices have sufficient free storage. Zwift has nothing to do with installing an app from an app store. They just publish it and the rest is up to Apple and your device. It is a big app though.

Thanks for the suggestions. Do you recommend RESET or RESET & RESTORE?
Should I delete all other apps on the ATV?
I would do the restore option. Whether you need to remove apps depends on how full the storage is and what is filling it up.
