My app (on fully updated appletv) is up to date and I logged out/in and restarted and even reinstalled multiple times and I still doesn’t have emojis in the chat. They work in Companion App as they always have and others see my emojis in their game chat but I can’t see them myself (or other riders emojis). What’s wrong?
Which emojis are you not seeing? I just tried a random handful of face emojis and they showed ok on my ATV (tvOS 26.1, game 1.102).
If you tell me which ones aren’t working for you I can try and reproduce that.
I see no emojis at all. And I never have. It has never worked at all.

So you’ve already tried removing Zwift and reinstalling it?
It’s probably worth Resetting (not Restarting) your ATV to go back to factory settings. You’ll just need to reinstall your apps and login to Zwift again.
I have tried that also actually. Tried both reinstalling Zwift and also resetting the AppleTV
I suggest working this through with Zwift support, because it should be working for you.
