no change in resistance

 I am not getting any change in resistance in my trainer.  I have a Kickr snap and I have gone through the spin down process successfully.  I am in SIM mode and the resistance difficulty is set to the max.  My trainer is paired as a smart trainer.  Bluetooth is turned off and the Wahoo app is closed out.

Any ideas of what I might be missing?

I’ve had this problem, too, and someone suggested that I should log on with only my bluetooth. It seems to me that the resistance works better than way.
