No Change in Resistance (neither uphill nor downhill)

I please need your guys’s help.

I just bought a used ELITE Qubo digital smart b+ . The system recognizes everything but on the rides, the resistance is not changing (neither uphill nor downhill). Also I can not change the resistance in the ELITE APP.

It is connected via Bluethooth :slight_smile:

Did you manage to get this sorted? I am having the same issue with the same trainer.
