Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Weird! It does look like you have given it permissions it needs. Maybe try uninstalling / reinstalling Zwift, and say yes to all the prompts when they pop up again?
We have had reports from Samsung A-series tablet users with related symptoms that have been challenging to solve. If the Samsung S10 FE shares the same Bluetooth radio chipset spec as the A-series, we think we have a solution for that issue in the next release cycle (not this week’s release that we just started today, but the one following). Let’s loop back to this thread then, and in the meantime, would you mind using your PC?
