Weve just bought a new laptop to run zwift but crashing soon after we start riding.
Tried installing extra ant software and have checked for media features and this is on.
It has windows 11.
Any ideas please?

Welcome to the forum. You mentioned ANT+ software so it sounds like you’ve already tried to troubleshoot a bit - that’s great!
Would you be able to link us to the specific model of laptop you have? (brand, model name & number, RAM, storage space, video card if present)
You might try disabling the video screenshot feature if it isn’t already.
Have same issue for quite some time now, I can ride for 2-3min and then RAM usage goes through the roof and whole pc crashes
