I have intermittent issues with my Neo bike (and Neo 2T before that) showing its connected as controllable to zwift over ATV, but clearly isn’t. Resistane does not change, instead only speed decreases/increases with incline/decline. I resolve it by restarting the zwift app, which works, but its quite annoying. Any ideas how it can be resolved permanently?
This usually is an indication that while your device running Zwift has found the BLE signal from your trainer it is not receiving BLE packets and communicating. This might mean that some other BLE device has grabbed the signal from your trainer, another app running in teh background or a head unit. Force close all background apps that are related to your trainer and make sure all head units are off.
