After having a reconditioned Neo 2T after mine went to Pop, I’ve only used it twice and the cadence wasn’t showing correctly. So after doing the update on the Tacx app it is now showing the above warning (no cadence has been shown at all)

I can see this has been an issue a couple of times on past posts, but nobody put any response to results. I will contact Garmin chat when they open. I just wondered if anybody’s got any suggestions for now?

I’ve tried switching off the power for one hour and eight hours disconnecting. Bluetooth put Bluetooth on disconnecting the turbo etc.. but still flashing lights… thanks in advance for any useful suggestions :blush:

contact garmin as its a trainer issue not a zwift issue

Rich, you are 100% correct on it not being a Zwift issue.
I was edging my bets on someone kind enough to potentially know/have experienced this issue and pass on potential suggestions for a positive outcome. A large number of riders on zwift have trainers, one of these may have experienced it previously. :slightly_smiling_face:

Best place to find community support for that trainer would be the Garmin forums. No problem posting it here of course.
