You can’t see it very well as I had to convert to .gif, but you get the idea.

It appears that this issue won’t be solved via the forum so I’d suggest you submit a support ticket, reference the the URL to this forum topic, you should email them your log files too Locating Log Files
To start a support ticket click the email option here Contact Us - Official Zwift Support | Zwift
Every time you reach out to them you go to the bottom of the pile so just submit your logs files and then your support email and you have to wait about two weeks.
