MYzone HRM belt issues

Hi all,

Can anyone help with the following? Up to 2 days ago I was happily using an Elite Suito and a Myzone HRM strap which automatically connected when I opened Zwift. Now when I try to do a ride the Elite Suito connects but the Myzone HRM strap doesn’t. Pressing search for a HRM produces nothing. I’ve made sure that the Myzone HRM isn’t connected to any other apps and I have checked that it is fully charged and is transmitting.

Any clues?

Are you sure it’s transmitting? Are other programs picking it up?

Are you connecting it via Ant+ or BT and is this the same for the trainer?

As much detail as you can to help diagnose the issue.
