About the graphics @_Pedals @Paul_Allen , i’m sure mine is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 ( 4 GB ), so shouldn’t be a problem that.
@Gerrie_Delport the zwift crashes, closes and come back to desktop without any error message and i can’t get back to where i was.
Well tried again with less resolution and crashed again… Checked the event viewer and what is causing the crash is the file BleWin10Lib.dll
I think is the bluetooth connection!

Looking a Zwiftalizer I can see that your frame rate is dropping to the single digits (P5 = 6). So my thought is the computer has a hard time coping with the graphics processing.
You can try to run Zwift on the Low settings instead of medium. Also check that you have all the latest graphics drivers installed.
What else do you have running when you start Zwift?

Hi Gerrie! Thank you, will try to scale down to lowest resolution. And yes, already updated the latest graphic but upon installing 970x it keeps going back to 940M. I already re-install my Zwift, seems fine but I didn’t tried it yet if it will crash after an hour riding. Thank you again!
