My avatar clips in and out of pedals on climbs even when power and cadence is good

This is really annoying. Should not be part of the game especially since the game is mature and the fee keeps going up.
Please help. Using a KIckr Gen 2. Through a PC. The dongle sits right next to the Kickr. Using a high quality USB extention cable. Anker. Please help.

Same issue here (Tracx Vortex with ANT+ dongle) VERY annoying when you are busting a gut on a climb but avatar is taking a rest at the side of the road!

Check your ant+ dongle if it did not get wet or stepped on. Try another usb port.

You can put your Log file in Zwiftalizer.com and see how many dropouts you get.
