New user, still getting to grips with the system. Main app works fine on MacOS (apart from one crash) but having on-going issues with the Companion App on Android.
Mid-ride it will simply stop updating, the map and all metrics freeze, but I can still navigate between the screens. So far the only fix I’ve found is to force-stop the app and restart it. Initially I thought this was caused by power saving as excluding this app from power saving seemed to solve the issue, but recently it’s started happening again.
On a ride it’s not the end of the world, but in a race it’s the difference between being able to use power-ups or not!
Any ideas?
