Missing HRM data, DSQ, how to contact organizers?

It used to be that I could contact race organizers on ZwiftPower in the event comments section. Now that section is deactivated. Where i can ask organizers to revert DSQ decision, if I can provide HRM data recorded to Garmin, as well as dual recording? Have good history of correct HRM and power data present.
