# Minimap Not Showing Route During Race

Raced Ignite Stage 1 today on Tropic Rush, and my top right minimap wasn’t showing the route- see top right of the example screenshots at the beginning and middle of the race:

I’ve seen this happen to others before, but first time for me. Is this a known bug that can be avoided?

If it’s relevant, I warmed up in Makuri right before the race and did a u turn during the warmup which (as expected) lost the route. Jumped straight from the warmup to the pens using the option on the lower left of the screen- guessing I might have to completely exit to the home screen before going to the pens next time?
