I have been on a number of group rides where the leader has dropped or not shown up. In a positive spirit someone usually assumes the leader role but the giant yellow arrow is missing. It would certainly help if one knew any organization comments were from behind or in front. So, if the comment is from ahead of one then post at top of list, if from behind, then post from bottom of list.
