I resumed my membership after a xmas period, but after Zwifting yesterday, I got the message “6km of free trial left”. I carried on cycling, the 6km expired but continued to work apparently, the ride uploaded OK to Strava etc, BUT my Everest challenge elevation did not go up by the ~1500 feet, so something is wrong. Zwift have taken the £17.99 and it says my membership is current, but clearly not all is working!!!
I tried again today for a few minutes, but still no elevation gain update to the challenge.
Tried to contact support, but just get a “busy” message and wil get back when we can.
Are you paying directly through Zwift, or through iTunes? You may need to click on the ‘resume membership’ button (or something similar to that) when the window pops up at the end of your free 25k. Hopefully that will solve the issue.
When you tried today were you still in trial mode? Still 6km left?
Without posting any account details here do you pay direct through Zwift or use a third party payment option such as Apple?
Third party payment options often cause these types of problem but there has also been other reports of issues surrounding this 6km trial which might involve Zwift sorting at their end.

The bot should let you through eventually if you keep trying. You can also try support@zwift.com and hope for the best.
