Membership issues

I have Zwift unlimited membership, but I was kicked out today as it said I had used all my km. I have paid all subs upto April 2022 member since 2019

On what sort of device are you running Zwift? If anything iOS you may need to click on the ‘Restore Purchase’ button on the world selection screen.

This sounds an awful lot like the issue with iTunes subscriptions where if you’re currently Zwifting when your monthly subscription is set to renew Zwift isn’t able to refresh the receipt from Apple. Generally this sorts itself out after you exit Zwift and the system is able to process the Apple receipt, but if it doesn’t you can log into Zwift on an iOS device and Restore Purchase to request Apple send the receipt again and refresh the membership
