# Manually upload .fit file to Zwift

I lost my internet connection part way through my ride. My .fit file has all the data (I was able to upload to Strava) but I cannot seem to find a way upload to Zwift. &nbsp;It was an FTP test so I would like to be able to have that data in Zwift. &nbsp;Is there a way to upload?

At the moment (and I don’t see it ever happening) you cannot upload .fit files to Zwift.

You can manually update your FTP in Zwift, if you go to your user profile in game.

I would like to have this tool also. I have done a 103 km ride and zwift shows only 53 km. In strava I could upload manually the fit file with the correct activity.
