Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the Christmas challenge with MAAP 2025. I’ve completed all three stages, but I haven’t received any link to purchase the special IRL jersey. Could someone please advise whether I made a mistake somewhere, or if the link simply hasn’t been sent out yet?
According zu ZwiftInsider:
Finish all three stages and you’ll earn access to purchase the limited-edition IRL kit via MAAP.cc starting on December 22.
I received the email with the link shortly after I completed the third stage. Do you get other emails from Zwift?
Edit: to be clear, I got an email confirming I’d completed the challenge, but the IRL kit isn’t available to order yet.
I bet it will be sold out within 2 minutes. Suggest people save their money.
I might like the jersey, if the logos were removed.
I might like the jersey and shorts if they werent so insanely overpriced.
Public service announcement: MAAP bibs I found used to be pretty poor, they looked great but the padding was not the best. I was doing daily commuting to and from work (15km morning ride, 55km afternoon ride) and they were uncomfortable - even for me being very lean and on a well set up bike.
The gold standard tended to be Cuore (silver line or gold) or Assos. Assos are expensive, but they are so comfortable for riding very long distances day after day.
Annoying with MAAP, because they looked good. And their jerseys were beautiful.
FYI @Matej_Jisa I just got an email from Zwift with a link to purchase, so hopefully you did, too!
AUD$600+ for the kit! ![]()
Someone is having a good laugh.
Maap is so expensive, $300 USD for some bibs… crazy money! I don’t know how they stay in business, I know zero people that own any Maap clothing. Even their sales are crazy, $70 USD for some fingerless gloves… nope!
I had some older MAAP bibs and a couple of jerseys, but this was before they embraced the boutique-style cycling culture and elevated their prices into the stratosphere.
The old jerseys were nice, but the bibs were uncomfortable for anyone doing long distance cycling.
I have issue with paying for quality, I have some Assos bibs, also some Rapha ones - but those are known quality, they last for ages and are comfortable. I have Rapha kit from 2014 that is still good.
