Thanks for building Mount Ven Top for cyclists so we can “practice” climbing Mont Ventoux.
Can we look at recreating the 22 mile run that Coach Arthur Lydiard and his New Zealand Olympians ran on Sunday in the Waiaturua Reserve? The profile, is posted to mapmyrun as route 25764394, has 1147ft of climbing with about 5km of continuous climbing from 7-10 miles. It’s an iconic run for marathon training as well as middle and distance runners building their base. Whether blue toothed to a treadmill or even with a display prompt to raise the incline to 5% for the next 3 miles while running at your aerobic threshold, that would be an awesome training course for Zwift running.
Thanks and All the Best,
