Lost the cadence while driving

Hi,
I use the Bushido Smart and combination with an Apple TV 4K. Yesterday I lost the cadence while driving Stage 7. Initially, the values were displayed to me and after about 30 KM, no values arrived. Only sometimes a short twitch of the ad. Is there a general problem known here? So far I had no problems with the Bluetooth connection.

After the ride, I looked again at the cadence in the Tacx Utility App and it worked.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, I’ve included some recommendations below that may help.

1.) Ensure you have the latest firmware updates installed on your Tacx Bushido.
2.) Ensure you have the latest Zwift updates installed.
3.) Ensure that all other relevant hardware/software is up to date.
4.) Unplug Bushido & Apple TV for 30-60 seconds.
5.) Perform a fresh install of Zwift.
6.) Pair your devices via the Zwift Companion.
