My yesterday’s ride on zwift is gone, the rewards I have unlocked during it are gone, the xp I have collected during the ride is gone, no km nor elevation was added to my challenges. Yet the activity is shown on my profile and strava. I’ve read people having similar issues and they were told “it’s just visual”, but in my case it is not just visual, there are actual items and rewards missing.
First time such things to disappear from one’s Zwift account.
The unlocks that you get for climbing Alpe du Zwift, it even shows on the ride profile that an item was unlocked, but turned on zwift today and the item was no longer present on my account 
That usually happens if someone has several instances of the game on different devices running.
