Lost connection

During a ride today I just lost watts, so no watts were going out but I seemed to still have connection.
Is this normal as I am new to this and now still cannot get signal.

Sounds like a connection drop out due to interference. How are you connecting your trainer to Zwift (ANT+ or BLE)? What platform are you running Zwift on (PC, Mac, iOS, AppleTV, Android)?

That will show you how many drop outs you encountered.
