Long time Zwift user building an adaptive endurance coaching platform

I’ve been a Zwift user for nearly 11 years and have spent the last year building a coaching platform called Primed as a side project.

The goal isn’t really “AI coaching” in the gimmicky sense. I’ve been trying to build something that behaves more like a thoughtful endurance coach. Something that adapts around recovery, consistency, training load, life stress, missed sessions, and actual athlete behaviour rather than just static plans.

Over the last few months I’ve also been working with an Associate Professor of Sports Science to refine the training recommendations and progression logic.

It’s still early, but I’m at the point where I’d love to get a handful of serious cyclists/triathletes testing it and giving brutally honest feedback.

Particularly interested in people who:

  • already use Zwift heavily
  • self-coach or use structured training
  • enjoy analysing training data
  • are frustrated with static training plans
  • are interested in where endurance coaching tools are heading

At the moment the free beta is iOS and macOS only, with activity ingestion via Garmin and Strava integrations.

Not trying to sell anything. Just looking for thoughtful athletes who enjoy this stuff and might be interested in helping shape it.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to reply here or send me a DM. Happy to chat and share access with a few people who’d genuinely enjoy testing it and giving feedback.

I tick all the boxes, and I’ve used a few adaptive tools. I’ll be quite critical as my opening position is that this niche is totally saturated, but constructively so as I’d love to see someone come up with something genuinely different and compelling, especially if it helps a fellow Zwifter and cyclist!

Thanks Adam, I’ll send you a DM to get you setup.
