I recently ran into an issue with my rider not moving. In the past I have used both my laptop and my phone for riding, but the issue is happening on both devices. I have deleted and reinstalled both apps on each device, still no luck. HELP!!!
Also, when I attempt to do a calibration, I can’t get to the speed required (22mph) to do the test, seems to max out at 15 or so and then I spin out. (hopefully my legs aren’t that weak)
Are you using the Wahoo app to do the spindown? Have you accidentally paired your trainer directly to you phone or laptop, instead of pairing through the Zwift app? Have you disconnected from the Wahoo app after doing a spindown?
That is not the model of your trainer. That is the wireless ID for it. If you want to confirm which one you have:
Calibration options vary based on which model you have. You should do that calibration in the Wahoo app, not Zwift, and talk to Wahoo support if it doesn’t work.
