Locking hub and poor erg

Once coming to a stop hub is next to impossible to move. I did 2 separate workouts and the power was incorrect in erg. I did a long ride without erg mode and the first 20mins it seemed to not have the right resistance. I bought the hub in 2022 but I have not passed the 6k mile mark. Should I try and return it?

It has the latest firmware and software and it is the newer version and I can’t do a calibration

Your Zwift Hub is long out of warranty so if it’s dead, you will need a new trainer. Bearings and belts can be replaced since those are industry standard parts but I don’t know if that will help.
