Thank you. That tracks (makes sense).
It’s a new power up that blinds everyone behind you. Looks like it works pretty well.
That. is. spectacular. Bug has been noted.

This is not a particularly egregious example but even so I would describe this effect as very heavy and distracting
I can understand why some folks feel it’s over the top, I find it fun.
I do think it’s going to be very prominent during the Tour De Zwift rides in January when everyone with new trainers is leveling up in large groups with 100+ person peletons in events. Particularly when a bunch jumps through a new route they’ve never done with their new trainer at the end of a 900 person ride. I’m somewhat looking forward to it, but hoping it doesn’t crash my machine ![]()
I’m not very fussy about this type of feature being added, like I’m not saying rip it out, but it would be nice if it weren’t quite so shocking as in the example where a rider is close behind you when they get it
The other thing I wonder is if it should be disabled for riders heading the opposite direction, I noticed a few from folks going the other way and they would be going by too fast to comment on or thumbs up etc
Edit; This was during a workout so I might also have been hallucinating.
Since level 100 repeats are getting drop awards could the animation be implemented to celebrate the drop bonus? It could use this emoji
and be white/blue to be consistent with the drops field.
I rather have an option to turn things like these off.
