I think my internet went wibble as I became the only rider on volcano for over 40mins… I leveled up to 13, got hothead and volcano CCW… but when I logged back it I was back where i was before the activity (level, drops and badges) - but the activity has uploaded to strava and companion 
I have emailed support, do they usually fix stuff like this?
No, they don’t. In fact they claim there’s nothing they can do about it in my experience.
