Since the orange stripe emerged last week, I have been giving confetti 2xp ride-ons galore to every fellow “Level 100” Clubbers. I kind of think of it as a club. Now I know who the other members are. I’ve gotten more from others too.
Is it Jaguar or Porsche drivers that started to flash their lights when another Jag/Porsche was approaching? Jeeps give out rubber ducks. 100’s show respect for other 100’s. It’s fun.
Would anyone want a Level 100 Strava Club? Or Zwift Club 100?

It was aircooled VW drivers in my day. I had Beetles back in the 90s, and would always flash other Beetles, VW buses, Karmann Ghias, Baja bugs etc.
I was even a member of the local VW club and used to go on rallies. 
I’m in the “encourage everyone” camp so I give ride ons to all, but I respect those who don’t care about the feature. They don’t owe me anything and it’s completely fine if they don’t reciprocate. My confetti is an unconditional gift that cannot be refused
