Hallo, ich habe das Zwiftbike, mein Problem ist es bei Rennstart kann ich am Lenkrad nicht hoch schalten, runter ja….Irgendwann geht es.

Some things to check:

  1. Charging the Zwift Ride controls
  2. Updating Zwift Ride firmware
  3. Updating your trainer firmware. You did not say which trainer you are using so I can’t tell you how to do that.
  4. Bluetooth interference or poor Bluetooth performance in the device running Zwift. You did not say what you are running the game on, so I cannot offer a more specific suggestion. You may be able to replace the Bluetooth adapter or use the Companion app as a bridge, depending on what you run the game on.

You could also contact support@zwift.com if you can’t solve it. It’s possible that the Ride controls are faulty.
