I have an issue with my left Zwift controller which won’t turn on. When I connect it to the charger, the green light turns on and it seems to charge but wont turn on. The right is good and doesn’t have this issue.
The only other thing to try is a reset by holding down the big Z button for 30+ seconds. After that you go to support for warranty replacement.
I was told this when my left Zwift controller would not turn on but I thought how could pressing the Z on the right controller do anything that effects the left controller if the left is not turned on !?
Hold down the big Z (power) button on the left controller for 30 seconds. Not the little Z button on the right one.

It doesn’t do anything. It looks like a hardware failure to me, or something is loose inside the unit.
Seems like it’s dead. If support gives you a better solution please share it
No wonder it never worked 
I just had this happen this morning, was working fine yesterday. Turned on this morning and nothing but a green flash,.. couldn’t get it to turn off. Got it turned off and charged up, now right controller will work and left won’t turn on,.. controllers are JUST a year old
I had the same issue I contacted Zwift support and they replaced the controllers with a new pair.
I contacted Zwift Support and they were able to organise a replacement unit via my local distributor here in Australia. Really appreciate their help with this.
