I’d like to see a different leaderboard time for each route on each course.
My understanding that there’s only one route on each course to get Orange Jersey leaderboard.

This is a great idea. At a minimum, would be great to see the leaderboard for the route that you select when starting your ride. If the rider chooses to deviate from that route, s/he won’t get the leaderboard for the altered route (I can see how providing that might be a hard thing to solve)…but if you choose “London 8”, you should get the leaderboard for “London 8” as you approach the finish banner.
