On ride today (Feb 2) there is quite a lag in changes in cadence/speed registering on Zwift - as much as 30 seconds or more. Not sure what normal expectations are. Internet is steady and strong and have the laptop with Ant+ close to bike so signal is good.
I have the same issue… am running a high end gaming PC, with 75/12 meg internet. Full signal on ANT+ when tested.
