Hello. I’m having inaccurate readings on watts and mph on my kinetic r1 as well as no resistance. Im new to zwift but 2 out of the only 3 rides I’ve done have had the same problem. The only thing I thought of is that the internet connection at our home is not great. But it is pairing. Any suggestions?

Can you give a bit more information. what device do you use for zwift, how do you connect to the trainer ANT+ or Bluetooth.
Hello. I connect through bluetooth hotspot on phone for now. Also connect through laptop but the wifi is all phone hotspot.
