Kickr Snap Pairing

Hi - 

I use both a Computrainer and Kickr Snap with Zwift…or trying to at least.  My computrainer works fine but when pairing my Kickr Snap Zwift recognizes it but never completely pairs to allow me to begin a training ride.

I’ve tried disconnecting the computrainer and then restarting my computer with the ANT+ stick installed but still no full pairing.

Thoughts?
