I can no longer connect to my Kickr via Bluetooth. It shows up fine in the Wahoo app. I can connect just fine using the Zwift iPhone app. Kickr firmware is up to date. Zwift is the latest version.
There’s a possibility it’s related to this problem (which Kickr do you have?), though yours sounds a bit different if it won’t show up at all.
If it works when running Zwift on the iPhone and in the Wahoo app, then I conclude that the trainer is probably OK and the problem is confined to Zwift on the iPad. It is absolutely essential that you do not run Zwift on both the iPhone and iPad at the same time, so while troubleshooting it I recommend that you remove it from the iPhone.
On the iPad, one of the early troubleshooting steps should be to remove Zwift and re-install it, since that will delete all of the saved information about pairing and settings. Does that change anything for you?
@Steve_Hammatt The problem existed both before and after the firmware update. It was this issue that led me to try updating.
@Paul_Southworth I’m only running one at a time. I will try re-installing and update this thread.
No change. The Zwift app still doesn’t see the Kickr. I installed Rouvy and it found the Kickr no problem.
