KICKR Core Virtual gearing problems- now resolved see answer

I can’t change virtual gears on my new zwift ride. I’m up to date on the software. Also it doesn’t show the gear I’m in on the HuD
Everything appears paired and all the other controls seem to work

But you should also make sure that the Ride controls and the trainer have up to date firmware. Ride firmware is updated via the Zwift Hardware menu in the Companion app. The trainer firmware update depends on which trainer you are using. If it’s the Kickr Core that comes with the Ride bundle you would do that in the Wahoo app.

Thank you. I found the solution through your link. I changed wahoo default setting wheel size from 700x18 to 700x19 and perform a wahoo spin down
I also updated wahoo kickr core through the wahoo app. Thanks my hero from across the net :flexed_biceps:
