I need some help with my setup on Zwift.
I’m using a Wahoo Kickr Core with a road bike (2 chainrings, 10-speed cassette).
I’m having trouble adjusting the gearing: at times I feel like I’m pedaling with no resistance, even when I’m riding normally (not in ERG mode).
I’m not sure how to correctly set:

the front chainring (small or big)

and which rear cog I should use for an optimal and realistic feeling
Is it recommended to use the big chainring on a Kickr Core?
And which rear cog should I use to avoid the “spinning in the void” feeling while keeping the drivetrain safe?
