For months now when I press one of the buttons it gets stuck like I am doing a press and hold of the button. Like there is a lock built in. When it gets stuck which is not every time I press it I have to long press for 4 seconds to clear it. It happens on both left and right controller. I had not complained I assumed it was going to be fixed but I have not seen anyone else complaining. So, I wonder if I am the only one with this issue?
Unless the button is physically sticking it may just be the common electronics bug on the handlebars. I’ve been through 7 pairs so far. The other related failure is the gearing increasing to maximum.
Seems to recur around some Zwift version updates. wahoo will suggest full power cycle and clearing the wahoo app from your phone to prevent conflicts. It can work
My V1 does the same, not on all rides but maybe 1 out of 3… the u-turn and powerup buttons on top of the right of the handlebar are also laggy when the above error is present.
I’ve never managed to find any pattern in when or why it happens.
