Kicker Core -Fluctuations

So, I decided to get rid of my old but worked great Computrainer for the Kicker Core with cassette which I use primarily with Zwift. 2 things- I have alot of fluctuation in power which I didn’t notice with old trainer and on can really only use 2 gears, 1 I’m spinning at 90+ and next gear down throws me in front of ride so to easy or hard with not much in between if that makes sense. I opened a ticket with Wahoo and used it in their app and they didn’t see an issue… Really? Looking for any suggestion of something I may be doing wrong? Wondering if I switch to the Zwift Cog and click if that would help. At this point I wish I had my dumb trainer back It seemed more accurate, it was hardwired VS Bluetooth or ANT. All updates have been completed I am using with Laptop-Microsoft and Companion APP on Android.

Hi @San_Dee_Team_Jesus.

Welcome to Forums, This is Haziel part of the Zwift Support Team.

I understand your concern about the power inaccuracies, to assist you further could you please try to reset all the relevant devices like the wifi router, Zwift device, and trainer?

If the issue persists please try to check if this only happens on one device, and please try to pair using the Zwift Companion App as a Bridge.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@zwift.com.
