Jetblack victory large flywheel issue

Hi

My jetblack victory arrived yesterday and i followed the instruction videos, if you’ve watched the videos you’ll see that after you place your bike on the trainer, you turn your pedals to check for clicks so you can line up the cog, the flywheel is so stiff, I can barely move it, even with the bike off the trainer it barely moves, has anyone else had this issue and maybe found a solution, I emailed customer support, I hope to hear back on Monday

Hi @Mark_Osborne1 welcome to Zwift forums.

Was the trainer plugged in to AC power at the time?

Hi, yes, I’ve tried it plugged and unplugged, the firmware it shipped with and then the updated firmware and it’s still the same, there’s no way you could train on it, it would pull the legs of you

Don’t ask me how but it seems like it has loosened up a bit, the bigger of the flywheels doesn’t look like it’s running true but its better than what it was :person_shrugging:

You mean JetBlack customer support, or Zwift customer support? It sounds like the trainer might be faulty so if I owned it I would be asking JetBlack to send another one or offer some reasonable solution or explanation.

Sorry jetblack customer support, hopefully I hear back from them
