My victory stopped working for the second time in a year.
My avatar not moving in game, all connections working and was on yesterday with no issue. I have power, cadence, resistance on the JetBlack app in resistance and erg mode.
I’m just about within the year warranty( unsure if it’s 1 or 2 years).
I’m in the eu, do I have grounds for a full replacement or refund with this?
Really lost faith in this machine now.
Warranty is 12 months, but EU residents may be entitled to 2 years by law - check into that. However I’m not convinced your trainer is broken since it sounds like it’s working in the Jetblack app.
If you see Watts on the HUD but the avatar does not move, the other explanations are lapsed membership, or Zwift Play or Ride controls with the brakes stuck on.

If it’s the brakes, you can prove that by going into Zwift settings and moving the Braking Sensitivity slider all the way to the left, or riding without pairing the controls.
I’ll check the brakes. It’s not the membership. I have it for a year. I can see my avatar, just nothing. It happened earlier in the year also.
Brakes stuck on would also be revealed by the taillight on the bike appearing very bright

Apologies, seems to be working again. I’d turned the trainer on/off twice twice prior and nothing. Didn’t do anything with brakes. Very strange.
