Hello there! Relatively new Zwifter here (2 weeks) with 500km of total distance.
2 days ago I finally got the drops to buy Aeroad! I was level 15 back then, triple checked all the screenshots.
Today I log in and suddenly I’m level 22, without any extra drops (I should have 50k per levelup, right?), with zero extra kilometers driven (so no one else was on my account) and there’s like no explanation whatsoever.
I did fill up the form to get missing 30k drops from a long ride (that I DCed from at the end), is it possible that someone gave me XP instead?
I’m not making this up.
