after completing the “Ride with Reggie” event recently my Companion App (as long as in-game screenshots) indicate the account has unlocked several items (evet jersey, new helmet and shoes).
However after i ended the ride and started new one i noticed the items have been reset.
I’ve closed the Zwift application and tried to log into it from different devices (Win10 PC, Mac, Android phone, iPad) - unlocked items missing from the corresponding sections.
Is there any way the items to be creditred to the account?
Forum’s automated tips indicate similar issues have been experienced by other zwifters and one of the suggestions is “items may miss due to running zwift on multiple devices”, however there should be a way to grant the items - it’s platform’s issue not users’ mistake.
