Hi all,
I completed the Big Sping event and also purchased a TT bike yesterday. All the rewards and the TT bike are now not in my garage anymore? Is this just a temporary bug or is there any issue with my account?
Even though the rest works perfectly, I think this is a bit frustrating if the rewards are taken away 
Does anyone else have the same issue? Or knows how to fix this?

Do you share your account with anyone else? Do you use more than one device(phone/computer/tablet)?
I do not share with anyone else. I only use the app with my laptop but have it also installed on my tablet. But I haven’t really used it on my tablet. Maybe I logged in once but no riding etc.
If you logged in, but never logged out, this might be the reason. You might want to fire up the app on your tablet, then exit, then force close the app and see if that fixes your issues.
Check the very bottom of the lists in your garage. I got the mayan camo kit yesterday and today found it all the way at the bottom of the list of jerseys. Usually all new items are at the top, but not this time 
Unfortunately, the rewards are also not in the bottom of the list. The bike neither…
